Members of the Coluch Organization have been building homes since 1990, starting with a single family home in Warwick, RI. From their humble beginnings of this first home build the team went on to build hundreds of condominiums and residential homes throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island and North Carolina. Some notable neighborhoods that the team has developed are The Polo Club, Narragansett, RI, Diamond Head Estates, North Scituate, RI, Cowesett Estates, Warwick, RI, Oak Circle, Millbury, MA and that's just to name a few. The team continuously looks for new projects to keep the tradition alive and well.
